Duane was great, financing was good, but I was considering financing through my own bank because of the rates and was never given a cost breakdown of what the total cost of the vehicle would be until I was in the Appletree finance department. I could have gotten a better rate from my own bank, and now I will have to deal with my credit score being impacted when I go to refinance.
John was great But I wanted the low tire image removed from dashboard I have been to dealership twice for this problem and still not fixed

Great Friendly Service
I drove there with no appointment. The sales can help me with my navigation and the service department immediately change my all rotated in my tire in about an hour hours out of there it was a greeting.
Facility is always very clean, all staff consistently pleasant and professional, service is always timely.
I have purchased my 2nd. Honda and asked for Brenda as my service manager. She is always helpful and if I leace a message calls me the same day. I only ask to not have my car washed as they do not have a touchless car wash and the other kind leaves scratches.
My service advisor , Lena Arrington does an excellent job explaining the service that needs to be completed on my 2015 CRV. She is professional and patient. I trust her knowledge and advice. However, the wait time from when I brought my car in at 9:30 am until 2:00 pm was excessive. I would appreciate a time estimate of the service needed and a few updates during a long wait. When I arrived I was checked in quickly. My service advisor is Brenda, she is the best, went over what was being done at my visit. Once my car was ready Brenda went over the inspection report and I was on the road in no time.

The service team is subpar. I believe they are trained to replace not repair. They told us that our AC condenser had leaks. The assessment costs totaled $368. I took my car to Greensboro NC to a specialized Honda repair. The fixed a lower line replaced refrigerant and included dye to detect new leaks. The 2 leaks acure claimed find did not exist. My AC repaired for less than $300. Acura estimated an additional $1700. For this reason, I will never let acursla do anything to my car other than oil change and filter change.

I love that Joe takes care of me at Honda - I arrange in advance what I need and the timeframe I need it in, which also allows me to have realistic expecations about my time so I book when it makes sense. This was a slight emergency due to some heavy unexpected travel and a lot of appointments upon my return. Joe spoke with the mechanic the day before my appointment to make sure I would be able to get out by the time I needed to. And surprisingly, I was out even earlier than I needed to be!
I dealt with Blake at Honda Used Cars. He was very pleasant and well-informed about the inventory. Other staff including Ibis in sales and Tiffany in finance made my trade-in/purchase simple. I’m a big Honda fan and the Apple Tree staff are great.
Came in for a vehicle emissions test. Showed up an hour earlier than the appointment. The wait was about 1.5 hours. because showing up early.

You had my vehicle for more than a week and when I got it back it conties to make the noise that apple tree claimed indicated it needed new shocks and struts. Were they replaced? I’ll have to take it to another car repair place to find out. Regardless the being promised that my car would be ready the next day every day for a week was ridiculous

I’m very pleased with my new CRV sport hybrid and am so glad that the Apple Tree Service Department is there to address any issues that arise. They were thorough and efficient when a rock hit my windscreen and I needed to get a new one. My car was brought in and they fixed it that day and recalibrated my windshield! It was truly a hassle free and great experience.
