At appointment time CSR -JP was in the garage bay waiting for me to pull in. He quickly prepared the work request and reviewed it with me. He introduce me to another Pilot in the waiting room to enjoy discussing our flying experiences. After about 1 hour and 45 minutes all work was completed and JP processed my payment and walked me to my vehicle. Back on the road under 2 hours.

This was terrible. I spent way over an hour just trying to find an alternate phone number (impossible), or an e-mail--which I did FINALLY found. (Of course no one responded to the online form that I also filled out early that morning, in another attempt to reach you.) But thankfully, a human did answer that e-mail which I was eventually able to send, so my problem got fixed in time--but not without a LOT of stress on my part for several hours. You need to make some of these suggested changes, just to keep your company running when you have no phone service. And this was even a bright sunny day, of all times! There's no excuse for not having an alternative way for customers to reach you...without having to sleuth the internet for 2 hours to find one. EWS

A 2.5 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation and annual inspection. Paperwork stated all four tires were at 35, but none of the tires were at 35. Front tires at 36 and 31 for an AWD car and the back two at 32. This seems to consistently be an issue each time I have the car serviced. They are also now charging a 3% surcharge if you use a credit card to pay for services. Not an optimal experience.

Pleasantly greeted upon arrival. Cost explained ahead of time. Everything went smoothly. Comfortable waiting area.
Took car to get diagnosed for possible water intrusion. They do not have anyone at the dealership that can diagnose this so they contract with the “water doctor”. Water doctor charged 400$ to only diagnose the minor symptom and did not diagnose the main reason that we were there. His $400 diagnosis and procedure was to clean a drain. So now I’ve spent 400$ on the issue that did not bring me in and don’t have the main issue diagnosed or resolved and they can’t even diagnose it.
It was good. I was here for an oil change and general check and tire rotation. I had a recall notice that I also wanted handled but since that wasn’t included with my appointment they said it would take a lot longer to get my vehicle done. In my opinion if there is a recall notice sent out the dealership should know and handle that when each vehicle comes in and take care of that for their customers. Now I will have to make a special trip back just to have that done.
Had to have my battery replaced, when they put it back together, some on the plastic clips that hold down the engine compartment air breather cover were broken or missing. Had to go back and get this fixed which was done at no cost, except for my time. Good thing I live only 2 miles away from the dealer!

Everyone has always been really nice there, but management needs to look into their flow/scheduling if they are going to be 2 hours behind on a 15 minute service, something isn't working. At least a courtesy call or something to let me know they were so far behind would have been nice at least so I wasn't waiting so long.

I went 2 times before speaking to someone because I wasn't sure what i was exactly looking for, I just new i needed a car. Struggling tryin to figure out. I finally spoke with one of the guys(Angelo rivera) and we walked around talking for a few about what I was needing& price range. He found me the perfect car! This was my first time going abouts it this way so dealership was kinda scary. He did such a great job!! If your looking for a car~ hes the one to go to!!

A prompt and courteous greeting as I drove into the service bay, clear and concise communication as to my service needs and what would be done. Lena was great and made it happen for a CRV that we had just bought from a different dealership 2 days before. She made it happen on a Saturday and kept me informed all day. I live out of town and they made it safe for us to drive back the next day.
I came in for general maintenance. The woman in the bay who greeted me let me know that my car had a couple of recalls, and they handled that promptly.

I had a real good experience when I got my Acura. Tony Atkins was recommend to me by two friends who don't even know each otherand he was great. He took his time with me and showed me all about the car. He has also called me to see if I had any questions and I did and he answered them. He also told me I could call him and go see him if I needed to. It was a great experience!

Then she attempted to add back in the $699 Dealer Doc fee even though I had made a purchase price plus tax & license deal the night before. She tried to claim that NC law required her not to remove the Doc Fee because that would be discrimination. Unfortunately, I used my Surface computer to look up the exact statute she referenced on a poster in her office and showed her where the statute stated exactly the opposite. While NC state law requires posting a public disclousre that a dealer adds an Admin or Doc fee (extra profit) it is totally discretionary and may be waived by the dealer on any deal. She was speechless when confronted with the facts. The F&I Manager is the exception but was enough to knock 2 stars off of my rating. Unpolished, unprofessional, with poor customer skills contrasts with Alana in sales and Jody her manager. They were personable and pleasant and respectful of my request for an executive buying experience.

I've taken my CRV in twice to be repaired and tire alignment. Both times I was pleased with the work. And you get a free car wash.
Appointment for oil and filter change was easy to set up. Car was quickly taken in and returned in a little over an hour. Not bad considering the 100+ point inspection done at the same time.
First time visiting Apple Tree Honda for routine maintenance with my new/used 2024 Honda Touring CRV. While I signed up for the air filter replacement, John Tiedemann - my service advisor - said I didn't need it. That speaks volumes to me as ATH could have easily just performed the service without saying anything. Doing right by the customer is how you build long term relationships.

This was my first car-buying experience. Bought a 2023 Civic at Apple Tree Honda, Bob was my salesman and Mike worked with me to get everything signed/finalized. This is the second Honda CRV I've taken for service. Unfortunately, I totaled my 2020, but bought a 2026 model from AppleTree. It was fully checked out to your high standards. I took my "new" CRV in for regular service. Why ?? Because I know how thorough your shop is. And my service Advisor, John, is top notch. Knows all the technical aspects of service, and is a great communicator. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend AppleTree service center to take care of their needs.
Very thoughtful and dependable. Reasonable cost and convenience . This requirement is unreasonable and insufficient and off-putting. I will not fill this section out again and since it is required you will not hear from me again.

Your wait time for a simple oil change is beyond what it should be! 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is not good! This is not the first time for this type of wait. On a Thursday, my Civic engine light came on. I went immediately on Apple Tree Honda's website to schedule an appointment. Because of the check engine issue, the appointment time had to be in the morning. I made an appointment for 10am Friday. I feel that the explanation by the associate was not clear but I chose to leave it there over the weekend in hopes to get the car back on Monday. I missed the call on Saturday morning which I wasn't expecting, and called back 2 times, leaving messages, but never received a call back. I got a call on Monday morning, stating the problems and that they were checking if they had the parts. I was told I would receive notification. I never did. I called later to find that the parts were ordered. I received a call the next day, but again they weren't sure when it would be ready. It seemed that making a call was too much, so I requested text messages. The vehicle was ready on Tuesday 4pm. At the time of payment, I was told that they now have a surcharge of 3% for credit cards starting a few months ago. I asked why I wasn't notified, but no explanation. Honestly, I love Hondas and I am in the market for a new one, but now I'm hesitating. We'll see.
I am a believer in servicing my vehicle(s) where I purchase them, thinking there is a vested interest for both-My wife has ventured "beyond the Dealership as she is getting frugal in her old age-each one of these ventures led back to Apple Tree Acura for correction....I still maintain a five strar rating, although I have to contact the service advisor, Fabian, regarding something that came up when the vehicle returned home.
Joseph in the service department is the reason I keep coming back. z z z
