Joseph as usual was fantastic. After picking up my car and ran errands, I noticed a "rattling sound", I got home and opened the truck. Oh my, the persons in the service dept. left my spare and all that goes with it just laying in the trunk. Fortunately, I will say, I only live 5 min away, so I drove back. Joseph was not thrilled with what happened, but he "fixed" the issue and I am happy. It could have been an unfortunate situation had I live in Leicester, or Canton etc. and had drove back.

I have had my 2014 Acura TL serviced here for several years. Service Manager John Hamrick has always been very professional and efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Jessica at the front desk is also responsive and very helpful. My experience is that this group has a strong team.
Duane was great on my RDX Aspec purchase. He was very Patient, not pushy… but kept in great contact with through the process. He was very laid back and knowledgeable and provided a very comfortable, transparent and no pressure experience. Zain was crazy fast with contracting and made it a breeze. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Another great experience today at AppleTree Acura. We took the old 2003 Acura TL for its annual oil change and check up. It’s the “dog car” and our back up. We also have a Acura TL that is my wife’s daily driver. I drive a Honda CR-V. John Hamrick greeted me by name and did several follow up calls to keep me informed. John is the BEST service advisor I have ever met. Ever. And I have owned a few expensive cars. Kudos, John.

Wonderful smooth transaction except my own hiccup with stinking Equifax. They are just a headless, uncaring monster. Acura should add an additional back up credit reporting company. My wife brought in our RDX for our prior appointment at around 12,000 miles. The outcome there was not good, she was charged for items not previously approved. Instead of securing the requested $134 special, the tab was $280 and included services we did not approve. Moreover, those services were for items that were marginally needed at best (that included replacing the brake and transaxel fluids. I was VERY UPSET to see the bill.

I went in looking for a listed vehicle online that had unfortunately been sold prior to my arrival.
